General Regulations

• Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are only possible through the official booking site, NOL Ticket.
• Only possible within the specified period, changes and refunds are not possible on the day of the performance or after the deadline.

• Verification is only possible once; re-verification and information modification are not possible.

General Booking Information

• Maximum of 4 tickets can be booked per person (including fan club pre-booking).
• Ages 8 and above can attend; those under 8 must be accompanied by a guardian and cannot hold a ticket.
• Limited opening for remaining/cancelled seats, booking available until the deadline.
• Changes, cancellations, and refunds are only possible through the official booking site and not possible after the deadline.

Wheelchair Seating Booking and Usage Information

• Only the person whose name is on the disability registration card or welfare card can book.
• Ticket pickup and entry are not possible if personal identification and disability registration card are not presented.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Delivery Period: October 14, 2025 (Tue) ~ October 16, 2025 (Thu)
• Tickets will be initially delivered in batches; subsequent bookings will require on-site pickup.
• Tickets requiring proof, such as discounted tickets, can only be picked up on-site.
• Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.
• Online cancellation is not possible after delivery begins; cancellation is possible after the ticket is returned.
• Tickets returned due to absence can be picked up on-site on the day of the performance.

On-site Ticket Pickup and Sales

• Ticket booth operation: Starts 2 hours before the performance, until 30 minutes after the performance begins (subject to change depending on circumstances)
• Personal ID and booking confirmation are required. (If booked under a family member's name, a family relationship certificate is additionally required.)
• On-site sales available only for remaining seats on the day of the performance; no sales if sold out.

Viewing Information and Precautions

• One ticket per person is required; entry is not possible without a ticket.
• Entry is not possible if tickets are damaged or lost.
• Moving to seats other than the booked seat is not allowed.
• Ticket possession is required for re-entry to the auditorium.
• The concert organizer is not responsible for lost/stolen valuables.
• Bringing fireworks, explosives, bottles, cans, and all food items except water into the venue is prohibited.
• Bringing photographic equipment other than mobile phones is prohibited; captured content will be deleted if caught.
• Strong sanctions will be imposed for actions that disturb other audience members.

Luggage Storage Information

Storage lockers are available in the 1st floor (B3) and 2nd floor (B1) lobbies. Available after lobby opening.
