• The membership number is the 6-digit number received after joining the official fan club.

General Sale Information

• NOL Ticket membership registration and identity verification (mobile phone or I-PIN) are required.
• General sales are available only for remaining seats after the pre-sale.
• If payment is not made via bank transfer, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
• Cancellations and refunds are only possible through the respective booking office, and changes are not permitted on the day of the performance or after the deadline.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Initially, bulk delivery will be made for 3 days from 11/19 (Wed) ~ 11/21 (Fri).

Criteria for Valid ID

• Clearly states photo, name, and 13-digit resident registration number, and issued by a public institution.
• Passports issued after December 21, 2020, require an additional passport information certificate.
• Youth card, Youth card application confirmation (requires institution head's seal and transparent sticker).

Cautions

• Failure to bring ID will result in denial of ticket collection and entry.
• No proxy collection allowed; the booker must collect in person.
• For bookings made under a family member's name, family relationship verification documents are required.
