Performance Information & Important Notes

• Photography, video recording, audio recording, and video/audio broadcasting (live streaming) are prohibited during the performance.
• If caught, data will be immediately deleted, and forced eviction will occur, with no refunds.
• Spreading, sharing, or producing related content is subject to legal sanctions.
• Vision may be restricted by the stage, console, or equipment during the performance.
• Ticket refunds or changes due to obstructed views on the day of the performance are not possible.
• There may be gaps between consecutive seats due to spacing.

This performance operates with all seats assigned, including flat floor seating and tiered seating (Sections A-D).

Ticket Reservation Information

• All Seats Assigned
• Up to 10 tickets per person per show can be reserved.
• Entry is possible with one ticket per person.
• Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved by phone through the NOLE Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555) and picked up on-site.
• Ages 8 and up are admitted (preschoolers are not allowed).
• Cancellations, changes, and refunds are possible within the reservation site's regulations and period (not possible on the day of the performance).

Ticket Delivery & Collection

• Batch Delivery Date: November 27 (Thu) ~ 28 (Fri), 2025
• Delivery is only for reservations completed by 11:59 PM on November 26 (Wed), 2025.
• Deadline for Delivery Address Change and Cancellation Request: by 11:59 PM on November 26 (Wed), 2025
• After delivery, ticket holders can only opt for on-site pickup reservations.
• Re-issuance or refund is not possible for lost/damaged tickets (entry not permitted without a ticket).
• Delivered tickets cannot be canceled online; cancellation is possible after return.
• Returned tickets can be collected at the on-site box office on the day of the performance.
• If not received a week before the performance date, contact customer service.

Box Office Operation Information

• On-site box office operating hours on the day of the performance: 3 PM ~ 6:30 PM (subject to change depending on circumstances)
• Reservation number and ID required when collecting tickets.
• Re-issuance or entry not possible for lost/damaged tickets.
• On-site sales available only for remaining seats, prices are the same.

Entry Information

• All seats assigned, only one ticket holder per person can enter.
• Entry Starts: 4:30 PM (subject to change depending on on-site conditions)
• Moving to seats other than your reserved one is not permitted.
• Entry may be restricted after the performance begins.
• Entry restricted without a ticket.

Important Notes for Performance Viewing

• Disruptive behavior towards other audience members is prohibited (subject to sanctions).
• No Locker/Storage Facility Operation
• Prohibited Items (No Entry):
  • Large suitcases, ladders, folding chairs
  • Uncovered food items (bottled water with a lid is allowed)
  • All photographic and recording devices except mobile phones (cameras, camcorders, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.)
  • Flammable materials (lighters, gas, etc.), cans, glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, lasers, flashes, and other dangerous items.
  • LED decorations, items that may cause discomfort or threat to others.
• Legal sanctions for illegal acts of photography, recording, or SNS live streaming within the venue.
• If photographic/recording devices are found, data will be erased, and immediate expulsion will follow.
• Mandatory indoor mask-wearing lifted, recommended to wear.
• Refrain from attending if you have suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat.
• Caution for visual and auditory stimulation from LED screens, lasers, strobes, and special effects (Pregnant women, those with physical/mental weakness, claustrophobia, etc., should be cautious when attending).
• Damages due to unfamiliarity with all notices are not compensable.

Transportation Information

Parking near EXCO is difficult due to ongoing performances and events, so please use public transportation if possible.

Ticket refunds or changes are not possible for delays caused by traffic or parking issues.
