Sales and Precautions

• This concert ticket is exclusively sold at NOL Ticket.
• Strict prohibition of illegal activities such as forgery, transfer, proxy purchasing, and additional payment.
• Tickets purchased illegally may be invalidated and subject to legal actions.
• Illegal transactions are being monitored, and reservations may be canceled and subject to legal penalties if detected.
• The organizer/promoter and the reservation center are not responsible for negligence acts such as exposure of personal information.

Ticket Reservation and Delivery

• Reservation Deadline: Until 23:59 on November 12, 2025 (Wed)
• Bulk Delivery Period: November 13, 2025 (Thu)~November 14, 2025 (Fri)
• No reissuance after delivery, be cautious of loss/damage
• In case of undelivered tickets, contact the reservation center
• Once delivered, tickets cannot be canceled online/phone, but can be canceled after returning to the customer center
• If bank transfer is not completed by midnight on the same day, it will be automatically canceled
• Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone at NOL Customer Center (1544-1555)

Ticket Onsite Collection

• Onsite box office hours: 2 hours before the show until 30 minutes after the show starts
• Must bring ID and reservation receipt (Only those with 1 ticket per person can collect)
• Immediate family can collect with proof of family relationship, buyer's ID, and reservation receipt
• Onsite sales for remaining seats only (may end early)

Seating Information

This concert has all designated seating.

Sections 2A, 2B, 2C, 2E, 2F, 2G on the second floor are balcony seats with a side view of the stage.

Some seats may have restricted views due to railings, facilities, etc., and refunds or changes are not possible for this reason.

Entrance Information

• Entry begins 1 hour before the performance
• It is recommended to complete entry 10 minutes before the performance starts
• Follow the instructions of the ushers after the performance starts
• Only those with 1 ticket per person can enter
• Movement outside of your seat and section is prohibited

Viewing Information

• Minimum age for viewing: 8 years and older
• Only water bottles with caps under 500ml and beverages sold in the theater are allowed
• Food, bottles, fireworks, lasers, pets, bouquets, balloons, etc., are restricted
• We politely decline rice wreaths, wreaths, pots, etc.
• Recording, filming (DSLR, action cam, etc.), SNS broadcasting are prohibited and violators will be forcibly removed
• Acts that disturb the viewing of the performance are prohibited and subject to action
• Be cautious of the loss or theft of valuables (The organizer is not responsible)
